Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery:

Items usually reach UK within 3-5 business working days, Europe within 3-5 business working days, and World Zone 1 & 2 within 6-7 business working days. Please note that personalised products may take slightly longer.

UK:

Covers England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Europe:

World Zone 1: 

Covers all countries that aren’t a part of Europe or World Zone 2. World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia (other than Singapore and Laos).

World Zone 2: 

Australia, Belau, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Island (Indian Ocean),  Christmas Island (Pacific Ocean), Cocos Islands, Cook Island, Coral Sea Island, Fiji, French Polynesia, French South Antarctic Territory, Keeling, Kiribati, Macao, Nauru Island, New Caledonia, New Zealand, New Zealand Antarctic Territory, Niue Island, Norfolk Island, Norwegian Antarctic Territory, Papua New Guinea, People's Democratic Republic of Laos, Pitcairn Island, Republic of Singapore, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tokelau Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, US Samoa, Western Samoa

 

Returns Policy:

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to us, within 30 days of receipt. Provided you comply with the terms below we will refund the price of the goods and the basic delivery charge.

​

If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described), again you can return it to us within 30 days (longer periods may in some circumstances apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), and we will refund the price paid, the basic delivery charge, and the cost of packaging and postage for returning the product (please see below) to your original method of payment.

Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/ unused products.

​

Please follow the return process:

​

1.    Pack it up: All individual items (other than those which are faulty) must be in a re-saleable condition and returned in their original protective packaging while the outer packaging can be of your choice (i.e. box, envelope, etc.). Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been used.

​

2.    Your Info: Remember to include proof of order and your details, the goods you are returning and the reason for the return.

​

3.    Return to: The Gogglehedz, Tricorn at Treadgolds, Bishop St, Portsea, Hampshire, PO1 3DA, United Kingdom.

​

4.    Obtain proof of postage: The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage, as without this we will be unable to assist you further. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless faulty.

Please note that we will only issue a refund if the product is fit for resale. We will not refund customers for products that have been written in or marked in any way. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Please note that alongside your rights above, by law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

​​

To cancel your purchase within the 14-working-day cooling-off period, the above procedures should be followed. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

​

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

 

Returns cannot be accepted on personalised products unless the item is faulty. If a personalised item is faulty, our normal Returns policy applies, and it can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

 

We will refund the price paid and the basic delivery charge as well as the cost of packaging and postage for returning the product.
